It is a small company and have a client who has accumulated a debt of his company is now bankrupt. How does a company gain business. We are a small company must also have laws to protect us as well. Need some advice on how to enter legally be paid as a creditor. Even if a company says they are your bankruptcy is a public document and sites that display the record.
